Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Securely
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and components are included, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.
Ship the Item
Send your package to our European distribution center using a tracked shipping service of your choice; please retain your proof of postage until the return is processed.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the equipment to confirm it meets safety standards, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
